The company is working towards a 10-Year Target of seventeen thousand six hundred units under management. This role is for a full-time Maintenance Technician who embraces core values of Service, Hard Work, Accountability, Results-Driven, and Integrity. The ideal candidate will complete resident-requested work orders promptly, contribute to property curb appeal and common area conditions, efficiently prepare vacant units for new residents, provide 5-star customer service, and communicate effectively. The company operates on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles, ensuring clear direction, necessary tools, and supportive leadership.
Requirements
- Complete greater than 75% of all work orders within 48 hours
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy in 7 days or less
