About The Position
The Maintenance Technician performs basic apartment and related facilities maintenance in order to preserve the quality and value of the apartment property. Supplements maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to meet company standards and attract residents. This is a floater position, required to cover different properties where needed, within the same mile radius.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Valid California Driver’s License.
- Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screen.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must have a type 1 & 2 EPA Certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with HVAC.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual prefer English and Spanish.
