About The Position

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician who is hands-on, technically skilled, and ready to lead a service team at a high-volume community. In this role, you will lead, train, and guide maintenance staff throughout daily operations, complete and oversee service requests to ensure timely, high-quality results, and coordinate and assist with make-readies, upgrades, and maintenance schedules. You will also ensure all work orders and unit turns are completed efficiently and accurately, participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled, maintain organized inventory and ensure proper use of tools/equipment, support the Property Manager with various maintenance projects and initiatives, and uphold community standards for safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ Year(s) Previous Experience as a Maintenance Technician in multifamily housing REQUIRED(including team supervision)
• Valid HVAC Certification REQUIRED
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
• Stable work history
• A personal set of basic hand tools
• Proven ability to coach, train, and lead service technicians
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and time-management skills
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
• Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
