This is a hands on job that will deal with make-readies, work-orders, grounds, and some shared on-call. PAY: $22-24 an hour plus up to $3,000+ in bonuses throughout the year! HVAC certification and 2 years experience required BONUSES POTENTIAL: $750 quarterly bonuses (based on site performance) $100 for every week you hold the on-call phone and minimum 1.5hrs paid time for emergency calls That is $3,000+ in annual bonuses! Requirements

2+ years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent
6+ months experience in apartment maintenance
Dry walling including painting and carpentry
Basic knowledge of plumbing, sweeting copper pipe preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
Basic repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
Required experience in HVAC with EPA certification
Pool experience with CPO certification preferred
Some knowledge of water heaters both electric and gas
Problem solving skills
Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
Have basic safety training or be willing to go through basic training within 30/days

Nice To Haves

Housing inspection experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
Exterior structural maintenance as needed
Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone
Snow removal (when applicable)
Pool maintenance (where applicable)
