About The Position
Morgan Properties is offering a full-time paid training program to help individuals start a career in apartment maintenance. No prior experience is required; the program is designed for dependable individuals who are ready to learn and enjoy hands-on work. The training program lasts 3 to 6 months and progresses through three levels: Beginner (focusing on safety, tools, and basic tasks), Intermediate (covering more repairs with less supervision), and Advanced (handling complex work, preparing for a permanent role). Participants will learn about HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair, apartment turns, groundskeeping, preventative maintenance, customer service, and safety procedures.
