This is a Senior Maintenance Technician role with a lead component, focusing on troubleshooting and repairing industrial production equipment. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, supporting installations and upgrades, and mentoring junior technicians. The role involves working with a variety of equipment including motors, conveyors, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical panels, control systems, CNC machines, robotic welding cells, and automation systems. Experience with PLC-controlled equipment is a plus. The role is full-time, on the 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, with overtime as needed.
