About The Position
Media Real Estate is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician (Plumber) to join our dynamic service team! We are seeking a candidate with strong plumbing experience and the ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and stay calm under pressure.
Requirements
- Prior plumbing experience is required
- Availability for on-call schedules
- Must possess own tools
Nice To Haves
- Journeyman Plumber/Gas Fitter License
- Backflow Certification
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair residential and commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations and system functionality.
- Perform a variety of plumbing and electrical tasks, maintaining high standards of repair.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
- Efficiently handle and resolve resident service requests within designated timeframes.
- Complete all work and repair orders timely to minimize any disruptions for residents.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure building systems run efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of material and supply inventory, ensuring items are available as needed.
- Monitor the quality of work done by outside contractors to ensure adherence to standards.
- Support additional business demands and tasks as required to help ensure operational efficiency.
