About The Position

International Paper's Lincoln Box has an opening in its Maintenance Department for a Level 3 Maintenance Technician. The role maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs facility machinery, equipment, and infrastructure components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The technician works as part of the maintenance team to support daily production operations and respond to equipment issues safely and efficiently. The role is primarily assigned to 3rd shift, with the possibility of advancement to a 2nd shift position based on business needs and qualifications.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in an industrial maintenance environment.
• Electrical troubleshooting knowledge of AC/DC control circuits and components.
• Experience with 480-volt, three-phase power distribution circuits.
• Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot pneumatic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot PLC ladder logic.
• Ability to troubleshoot variable frequency drives.
• Understanding of basic electrical prints.
• Ability to use multimeters and amp meters safely.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical components.
• Ability to work safely, communicate effectively, and collaborate within a team environment.
