Maintenance Technician II
About The Position
Maryland Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join their team. This role involves completing resident work orders, apartment turnovers, snow removal, and performing emergency on-call maintenance after hours. The technician will also be responsible for following safety procedures and undertaking other assigned duties and special projects. Maryland Management is a growing company in property management, founded in 1949, operating over 45 apartment communities with more than 10,000 homes across Maryland and Florida. Requirements
- Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills
- Must have a reliable transportation
- Must have your own tools
- Upon conditional offer, background check and pre-employment drug screening required
Nice To Haves
- CFC certification preferred
- Apartment Maintenance experience preferred
