About The Position

Richman Property Services, Inc. is looking for a skilled, community-inspired, and passion-driven Maintenance Technician II to join their growing team. This role involves keeping communities running smoothly through daily repairs and property upkeep, turning vacant units into move-in-ready homes, and responding to service requests promptly. The position also champions a safe work environment, contributes to the overall curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds, and participates in ongoing preventative maintenance. The role requires completing required documentation accurately and on time, and seeking out educational and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; industry-related coursework a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance and general repair experience
  • Proficiency across multiple trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and more
  • Must own basic tools as permitted by state laws
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations, including Fair Housing Laws
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities independently
  • EPA Section 608 Type I & II or Universal Technician license — strongly preferred
  • Valid Driver's License — required
  • Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping
