Requirements
- At least two years of maintenance experience.
- Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polite and professional approach.
- WOW customer service skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Organizational skills.
- E-Verify required for I-9 compliance.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve property maintenance problems and repairs, including electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
- Respond to work order requests from residents.
- Schedule, monitor, and perform general maintenance as required.
- Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness.
- Process unit turnover.
- Work with outside contractors as needed.
- Share on-call responsibilities.
- May require working on weekends and holidays.
