About The Position

The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for preventive and general maintenance and repair of the facility and associated equipment. Work must comply with applicable standards and help provide a safe environment of care for employees, patients, and visitors of all ages. The role may also provide security when a security officer is absent and perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

• General maintenance background experience is required.
• One to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hospital maintenance experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and general maintenance and repair of the facility and associated equipment.
• Help maintain a safe environment of care for employees, patients, and visitors of all ages in accordance with applicable standards.
• Provide security in the absence of a security officer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
