About The Position

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for South Shore Resort. Under supervision, this role performs general facility maintenance to preserve quality and support efficient operations. The technician provides service and repair work, helps prepare units, and maintains resort buildings and grounds. The role also supports a positive guest experience by helping ensure units and buildings are in working order.

Requirements

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve optimum quality and ensure efficient production.
• Complete directed service requests and repairs, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry.
• Perform maintenance work on make-ready units as directed.
• Apply basic knowledge to repair and replace general fixtures and components, including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain the outside landscape, including emptying trash, picking up trash, and performing general landscape work.
• Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to a supervisor.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs.
