About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician I, you will provide quality results for guests by applying maintenance skills and customer service expertise to keep resort units and buildings in working order. You will perform general facility maintenance under supervision, complete service requests and repairs, prepare units, maintain fixtures and building components, and help keep outdoor areas clean. You will inspect building systems, report deficiencies to a supervisor, and follow company safety programs.

Requirements

Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
Basic handyman skills.

Responsibilities

Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and support efficient production.
Complete directed service requests and repairs, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry.
Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
Apply basic knowledge to repair or replace general fixtures and repair doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
Clean and maintain outside landscape areas, including emptying trash, picking up trash, and general landscape work.
Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to a supervisor.
Adhere to the company’s safety programs.
