Performs preventative and corrective maintenance services on manufacturing machines and support equipment as directed by the Maintenance Senior Tech Supervisor to meet production and quality goals. This role involves manually cleaning, dismantling, replacing, and repairing defective machines or electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic components. The technician will inspect and service lubrication systems, perform preventative maintenance, and inspect parts for wear or misalignment. They will also listen to machines to diagnose malfunctions, enter data into computers, and read blueprints and schematics while collaborating with higher-level technicians. The position requires maintaining reliable attendance, following all safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE, and performing effectively as a team member. The technician will take ownership of their work, adhere to quality standards, and understand Cambro company culture and core values. They will also contribute to achieving department key performance indicators and perform other duties as needed.
