About The Position
The Maintenance Technician I supports HSN by performing basic maintenance and repairs on conveyors, PIT equipment, and general building systems. This role requires a basic understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, assists other mechanics with more complex tasks, and participates in 5S and facility cleaning activities. This role is onsite at our Piney Flats, TN fulfillment center.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years' experience as an industrial mechanic maintaining electro‑mechanical equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of electrical controls, conveyors, drives, shafts, bearings, and hand tools.
- Able to lift 30 lbs and 70 lbs, climb ladders, work in varying temperatures, may work non‑standard shifts, proficient in MS Office, and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
- Perform and facilitate general facility repairs to maintain safe, operational building systems.
- Maintain equipment maintenance, including planned and unplanned repairs and preventative maintenance on production-related equipment.
- Identify and report potential issues to team leaders so that you complete resolutions before they affect facility operations.
