Reporting to the Supervisor or Senior Supervisor, Facilities & Maintenance, the Maintenance Associate is accountable for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all building systems, production equipment, and automation to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This includes performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as conveyors, material handling equipment, dock systems, racking, and other facility infrastructure. The role is responsible for ensuring all equipment and systems operate safely and effectively in compliance with applicable safety regulations, food safety standards, and company operating procedures. The Maintenance Associate also supports facility inspections, equipment installations and upgrades, and responds to equipment failures to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
