Responsibilities

• Perform routine HVAC maintenance (keep the cool cool and the heat hot)
• Spot problems before they become actual problems – like an HVAC psychic
• Talk with customers and explain things like a human, not a robot
• Keep our system updated (no typos, please)
• Attend training and level up your tech skills – like an HVAC Jedi
• Be open to feedback and always bring your A-game
• Travel occasionally for training or conferences (on us!)
