About The Position

Bristol Village located in Waverly OH is a continuing care retirement community with a team of professionals that is unmatched in the area! We are owned and operated by National Church Residences, the nation’s largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services. We are seeking a Lawn Crew Member who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

Requirements

Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
5 years of HVAC experience.
One year to two years maintenance experience, preferably in a long term care environment.
Must have good communication, comprehension, computer and interpersonal skills.
Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
