Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on residential heating and cooling equipment.
Complete system inspections and identify potential performance or safety concerns.
Clean, test, and adjust HVAC components to improve system efficiency and reliability.
Educate homeowners on system operation, maintenance recommendations, and indoor comfort solutions.
Clearly communicate maintenance findings and recommended repairs.
Document service calls, inspection results, and customer interactions accurately.

Work closely with dispatch and team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
