Responsibilities
- Perform routine HVAC maintenance (keep the cool cool and the heat hot)
- Spot problems before they become actual problems – like an HVAC psychic
- Talk with customers and explain things like a human, not a robot
- Keep our system updated (no typos, please)
- Attend training and level up your tech skills – like an HVAC Jedi
- Be open to feedback and always bring your A-game
- Travel occasionally for training or conferences (on us!)
