About The Position

We are seeking Handymen & Maintenance Techs for opportunities in residential property management. We manage over 1,500 homes and small multi-unit properties around Chicagoland and are known for being fast, responsive, and always looking for ways to improve. Requirements

• 3-5 years of residential maintenance experience (more is great).
• Solid hands-on skills across multiple trades.
• Your own tools.
• A reliable vehicle.
• A valid driver's license.
• Comfort with mobile tech (apps are used to keep things moving).
• The ability to manage your time, handle curveballs, and finish strong.
• A mindset that says: 'No excuses. Let's solve it.'

Nice To Haves

• Trade certifications (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Start your day from home; receive your schedule the night before.
• Handle 3-5 jobs a day at a mix of homes, apartments, and townhomes.
• Tackle a wide range of tasks including plumbing (drips, clogs, swaps), HVAC (filters, simple fixes, thermostats), electrical (light switches, outlets, fixtures), drywall (patching, sanding, painting), and general repairs and make-readies.
• Upload notes and photos from each job on the company phone.
• Communicate throughout the day with dispatch and teammates.
• Speak up when you see something off; your eyes in the field are trusted.
• Wrap up and head home knowing you made a difference.

• Hourly pay: $23-$27 based on experience.
