Doncasters is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Groton, Connecticut. This role involves hands-on work with equipment and materials, focusing on building maintenance skills. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for safely supporting Proactive, Reactive, and Planned Preventative Maintenance on the shop floor, assisting with equipment installation, and ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

• 3 years previous experience in a similar role
• Good PLC knowledge in programming, fault finding and diagnosis
• Experience of working in a manufacturing organisation

Nice To Haves

• Forklift truck license or equivalent
• Previous experience working within a maintenance capacity within an industrial manufacturing environment is desirable
• Advanced Apprenticeship or HNC equivalent in Electrical engineering
