About The Position

Avtec Finishing is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair the manufacturing equipment that keeps their production lines running safely and efficiently. The role is crucial for keeping production running and manufacturing moving, directly impacting the company's ability to process products used in various industries. The company will provide training on their specific equipment, processes, and industry, but they are looking for individuals with inherent reliability, mechanical aptitude, critical thinking, a willingness to learn, and pride in quality work. They aim to hire individuals looking to build a career rather than just find their next job. The position requires dependability, a proactive approach to troubleshooting, and comfort working in an active manufacturing environment with potential exposure to heat, humidity, dust, noise, and moving equipment. Adherence to strict security policies, including restrictions on personal mobile devices, is mandatory.
