The Maintenance Tech II is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing moderate to complex equipment problems. This role requires understanding of plumbing, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems, as well as the principles of extrusion and production processes. The technician will also perform welding, assist in equipment installation and modification, perform mold changes, and follow plant preventative maintenance procedures. Data entry and analysis using the Maintenance Management System (OOPS) are also part of the role. Adherence to plant safety, housekeeping, SQF, and HACCP guidelines is essential. This position requires the ability to work night shifts (5:45 PM - 6:00 AM) and every other weekend.
