About The Position

As a Maintenance Tech II at Travel + Leisure Co., you’ll provide quality results for guests by applying maintenance skills and customer service expertise to keep each unit and building in proper working order. The role covers intermediate facilities maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs. You’ll complete preventive maintenance, inspect building systems, report deficiencies to a supervisor, and follow company safety programs.

• Intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Apply intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and repairs.
• Perform plumbing maintenance on pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs using soldering, PVC, CPVC, and fittings.
• Replace breakers, ballasts, switches, sockets, and other electrical fixtures; prevent and troubleshoot potential electrical hazards.
• Complete preventative maintenance programs on systems such as HVAC.
• Repair interior walls, wall coverings, and ceilings by patching drywall, replacing wood or coverings, applying texture, and painting.
• Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to a supervisor.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs.
• Provide quality guest service and help ensure units and buildings are in working order.
