About The Position

If you like fixing things, keeping buildings running smoothly, and being the person everyone calls when something breaks—you’ll feel right at home here. This is part-time 16–24-hour position. Pay range: $29.00 to $33 per hour.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in maintenance, construction, or building trades
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Weekend availability, plus some evenings or weekdays when needed
• Someone who takes pride in their work and likes getting things done

Nice To Haves

• HVAC, trade, or utilities certifications are a big plus

Responsibilities

• Help keep our community safe, comfortable, and in great shape. From small repairs to coordinating bigger projects, you’ll be hands-on and making a real difference every shift.
• Planning, scheduling, participating in, and inspecting the work of outside contractors engaged in the operation, maintenance, repair, and safeguarding of buildings and Community.
• May be on call in case of an emergency.
