About The Position
This role is responsible for general cleaning, performing minor repairs, maintaining equipment, and assisting with events. The Maintenance Tech I ensures a clean, safe, and professional working environment through various cleaning and maintenance tasks. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Cleaning and stocking restrooms
- Dusting and polishing surfaces
- Emptying trash and recycling
- Cleaning windows, walls, and light fixtures
- Reporting maintenance issues such as leaks, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards
- Performing minor repairs like changing light bulbs or unclogging minor blockages
- Maintaining cleaning equipment in good working order
- Stocking supplies in restrooms and other areas
- Following safety procedures, including wearing appropriate safety gear
- Performing outdoor tasks such as leaf removal or lawn care
- Cleaning specific equipment or areas depending on the facility
- Assisting with event setup and cleanup
