Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools is essential for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks safely and effectively.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity allow the candidate to assist housekeeping with demanding tasks such as moving furniture and deep cleaning.

Responsibilities
