Maintenance Tech Handyman
About The Position
Seaside Vacation Homes, located in Seaside, OR, is in search of part-time and full-time Maintenance Technician Handyman Professionals to help us care for the 62 homes and condos in our rental program. Our properties are simply better kept then the competition and we focus on running a program where you are supported by a team of skilled craftsman who have your back! The position open is full-time year-round employment. For almost 30 years, directly west of Portland Oregon on beautiful Seaside Beach, our family-owned property management business has grown and flourished. We are a tight-knit team of highly capable individuals driven by solid relationships with our clients, our property owners, and our community. Every team member is an integral part of accomplishing our goals and continuing to lead as the North Coast's premier provider of luxury vacation rental homes. We are looking for team leaders that show strong initiative and self-direction. We know that results are only achieved with and through strong leadership.
Requirements
- Experience in Handyman, Craftsman, Journeyman, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Construction, Contractor, Carpet Cleaning, Flooring, Inspection or Painting.
- Must have established residence on North Coast or Transition Plan.
- Must have a reliable car or truck to get to work / valid DL and clean driving record.
- Must be able to have basic computer, internet and typing skills.
- Professional home care experience.
- Know how to use a multi meter/drywall trowel/drill.
- Driver's License (Required)
- Work authorization: United States (Preferred)

Responsibilities
- Care for 62 homes and condos in our rental program.
- Perform light duty physical work.
- Troubleshooting and referral.
- Complete work orders.
