About The Position

This role is responsible for performing daily maintenance and ensuring cleanliness across three properties in the Austin area. The position involves a variety of tasks including landscaping, basic repairs, and general upkeep to ensure the properties remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Requirements

Experience in performing maintenance and cleanliness tasks
Ability to maintain landscaping and exterior grounds
Skills in basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
Proficiency in basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
Experience in interior and exterior painting
Ability to repair and maintain furniture
Experience with power washing various surfaces
General handyman skills and ability to complete minor repairs

Responsibilities

Perform daily maintenance and cleanliness across three properties located in the Austin area, Monday through Friday (8-hour shifts)
Maintain landscaping and exterior grounds at all locations, including mowing, trimming, and general upkeep
Handle basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
Conduct basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
Perform interior and exterior painting as needed
Repair and maintain tables, chairs, and other furniture
Power wash patios, walls, sidewalks, and other surfaces
Complete general handyman tasks and minor repairs throughout the properties
Ensure all three properties remain clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
