About The Position

Join our Maintenance Team and contribute to our mission of enhancing owner and guest experiences. As a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Tech you will ensure the property's safety, cleanliness, and functional upkeep. This role balances exterior landscaping and grounds control with interior building repairs and preventative maintenance.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in groundskeeping, building maintenance, or a related trade.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Working knowledge of basic hand and power tools and general repair techniques.

Responsibilities

Perform routine lawn care, including mowing, edging, trimming hedges, and weeding.
Sweep or power-wash walkways, parking lots, and breezeways to maintain cleanliness.
Empty outdoor trash receptacles and remove litter from the property.
Monitor and repair irrigation or sprinkler systems as needed.
Assist with minor repairs, including drywall patching and painting.
Replace light bulbs, air filters, and door locks.
Address minor plumbing issues such as clogged drains and leaky faucets.
Conduct routine safety inspections of building facilities and amenities, including pools, gates, and fences.
Respond promptly to routine work orders and maintenance requests.
Properly operate, clean, and store power tools and groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, blowers, and trimmers.
Comply with OSHA and EPA guidelines regarding the handling of fertilizers, cleaning agents, and other chemical substances.
