About The Position

Riverpoint RV Park is looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Team Member to join our team year-round. This is a part-time position of up to 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping a property clean, safe, functional, and welcoming for our guests. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, comfortable working independently, and enjoys a variety of hands-on tasks.

Requirements

Previous maintenance, landscaping, construction, campground, RV park, or similar experience is preferred
Strong general handyman skills and the ability to troubleshoot problems
Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
Good attention to detail and pride in your work
Able to perform physical tasks associated with property maintenance
Valid driver's license required
Must pass background check
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Ability to interact professionally and courteously with RV park guests

Responsibilities

General property and RV park maintenance
Mowing, trimming, landscaping, and grounds upkeep
Cleaning and maintaining common areas
Minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and repair projects
Maintaining park facilities, equipment, and amenities
Assisting with site preparation and RV site maintenance
Trash removal and keeping the property clean and presentable
Identifying and addressing maintenance issues before they become larger problems
Helping maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for guests
Other general maintenance duties as needed
