This role is responsible for supervising maintenance technicians, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating repairs, and maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems. Requirements
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience with 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel overnight occasionally
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean MVR report
Nice To Haves
- Agricultural experience preferred
- Construction management or related degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and develop a team of maintenance technicians
- Coordinate and inspect maintenance, repairs, and contracted work
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all locations
- Manage scheduling, performance reviews, and employee development
- Drive cost‑effective maintenance solutions and purchasing decisions
