Requirements
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 1+ year of experience leading, mentoring, or directing others.
- Associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or related technical field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical industrial systems.
- Ability to operate within a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
- Comfort using basic computer systems and learning SAP or similar maintenance platforms.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or related field.
- Experience in food, dairy, or high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Prior supervisory experience leading hourly maintenance teams.
- Exposure to preventive maintenance programs and reliability improvement initiatives.
