Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience leading a team of 3–5 individuals
- 5+ years experience in general repair and maintenance
- Hands-on experience in Plumbing, HVAC, Drywall, Carpentry, Electrical, Appliance Repair
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Working smartphone
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
Responsibilities
- Lead a team responsible for keeping apartment communities safe, beautiful, and running efficiently.
- Coordinate work orders.
- Solve maintenance challenges.
- Oversee repairs.
- Guide technicians.
- Ensure residents experience a high standard of service.
