About The Position
Newbury Living, a growing property management company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support and elevate its communities across the Denver metro. This role will oversee approximately 400 units with potential growth to 800 units by the end of the year. The position is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who thrives on variety, independence, and making a visible difference.
Requirements
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Denver metro
- Strong skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and general repairs
- Solid problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills
- Comfort with basic computer systems and documentation
- Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years of apartment or multi-family maintenance experience
Responsibilities
- Travel to multiple properties to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems
- Take the lead on preventative maintenance to keep communities running smoothly
- Perform detailed inspections and identify improvement opportunities
- Train and mentor on-site maintenance teams
- Coordinate and oversee vendor work to ensure quality and efficiency
- Deliver excellent service and build positive relationships with residents and staff
