About The Position

Abbey Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the physical integrity of the property and ensure a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The role involves anticipating, identifying, and correcting any and all problems involving the property, and implementing procedures to prevent such problems. The goal is to maintain a safe environment, cultivate resident satisfaction, and protect the investment of the apartment property owner.

HVAC certification
CPO certification preferred
