Maintenance Supervisor at The Fairways Apartments
About The Position
Picerne Real Estate Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a community in Las Vegas, NV. This role is responsible for the overall maintenance of the community and grounds area on a 24-hour basis, including supervision, training, and direction of employees. The supervisor will handle emergencies, complete preventative maintenance and property inspections, schedule vendors, manage inventory, operate within budgetary guidelines, and ensure the highest level of curb appeal. Accurate record-keeping for preventive maintenance, work orders, apartment refurbishing, annual inspections, inventories, and purchase orders is also a key responsibility.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in property management maintenance of at least 200 units.
- HVAC/CFC certifications.
- Willingness to pitch in and work in areas other than strictly maintenance repair, i.e. janitorial, custodial, etc.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

- Completion of technical courses a plus.
