About The Position
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead our maintenance team to ensure our properties stay in tip-top shape. Your mechanical expertise will be key in keeping systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical running smoothly while also ensuring that the grounds, common areas, and curb appeal are top-notch.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance
- EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
- Oversee and train maintenance staff to perform high-quality work in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general property upkeep.
- Ensure all systems and facilities meet BAM’s brand standards and deliver a great living experience for residents.
- Schedule and oversee regular inspections and repairs to prevent issues before they arise.
- Guide, coach, and help your team grow with training, feedback, and ongoing support.
- Manage budgets, purchase supplies, and keep maintenance operations efficient.
