We are hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for our 315-unit apartment community in Citrus Heights CA. Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm. Our maintenance is the cornerstone of our community’s unparalleled living experience. With a meticulous eye for detail, the Maintenance Supervisor will be able to assess the work to be done in a make-ready unit or handle a work order with ease. Responsible for after-hours emergency calls. They are able to interact with residents’ requests and are involved in providing excellent service to each and every resident. Each day is different, offering the ability to prioritize tasks, be creative, proactive and use the initiative to problem solve. Each residents’ needs are different, and our maintenance super stars are there to make every member of our community feel appreciated.

Requirements

  • Extensive expertise in technical repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, appliance maintenance, carpentry, and painting.
  • Strong soft skills such as prioritization, customer service, and communication.
  • Experienced in property management for properties with over 300 units.
  • Adept at serving high-end clientele and luxury properties.
  • Proficient in using computer technology, managing databases, and handling calendars for vendor services and capital improvement projects.
  • Highly organized and able to handle work at a fast pace, efficiently with good follow-through.
  • Be proactive to handle anything that comes your way, especially when it comes to emergencies and after-hour calls.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and have reliable transportation.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities
