What you will do: The Maintenance Supervisor will develop, evaluate, and improve maintenance methods and processes for the purpose of minimizing unplanned maintenance activities.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in one of the following fields of study: Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering and 3+ years of relevant experience supporting assembly operations inclusive of experience in process development documentation, time standards, workflow analysis, ergonomics, work fixture design, and continuous improvement OR Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient with use of computer and software applications including MS Office products and AutoCAD.
Total Preventive Maintenance knowledge
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Software
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing and be able to read and write business policies, procedures, general business periodicals, manuals, part drawings and other correspondence.
Must have strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Maintenance Technician I & II’s with training and job assignments
Continuously improve current methods using knowledge of Total Preventative Maintenance
Provide technical know-how to troubleshoot problems for emergency maintenance activities which include electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic repairs
Initiate and lead capital equipment projects
Maintain and improve Computerized Maintenance Management Software
Conceive methods and processes to improve all maintenance procedures in the safest manner, at the desired quality standards, and at the lowest cost to meet projected demand in a timely manner
Ensure high 5S standards are being implemented and sustained
