About The Position

Haverkamp Properties is a 30-year-old family business with the purpose of “Create Communities Where You Love to LIVE” and to “maximize property values.” The company is working towards a 10-Year Target of seventeen thousand six hundred units under management. This role requires leading, managing, and holding a team accountable, owning all aspects of the property’s condition (interiors, units, common areas, exterior, buildings, and grounds), ensuring timely and economical completion of work orders and turns, communicating effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors, and managing inventory and equipment. The company operates on EOS principles, meaning the leader provides clear directions, necessary tools, acts with the greater good in mind, delegates appropriately, understands the employee's role, sets clear expectations, communicates well, and conducts regular one-on-one meetings.

Requirements

• Lead, manage, and hold your team accountable
• Own all aspects of the property’s condition, from the interiors; units and common areas to the exterior; buildings and grounds
• Make sure that work orders and turns are being completed in a timely and economically wise manner
• Communicate well with customers, team members, and supervisors
• Effectively manage inventory and equipment
• Value clear processes
• Achieve and maintain an occupancy of 95% or greater
• Complete 75% or more of all work orders within 48 hours
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy in 7 days or less (non-mass turn) and 17 days or less (mass turn)
