About The Position

This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and is committed to maintaining a high-quality living environment for residents while supporting and developing a strong maintenance team. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead and oversee all maintenance operations for the community, diagnose and complete service requests, manage and prioritize work orders, oversee apartment turns, supervise and support maintenance team members, maintain pool, grounds, and common areas, coordinate vendors and contractors, ensure preventative maintenance is completed consistently, maintain inventory and order supplies, and provide excellent customer service and communication with residents. Participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies is also required.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • HVAC certification required
  • CPO certification required
  • 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple trades
  • Ability to lead, train, and hold team members accountable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities
