The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring safety policies and procedures are adhered to by all team members. This role involves providing monthly maintenance reports to the client, participating in weekly management meetings, and developing production targets for each shift. The supervisor will monitor budgets, report variances, and track the progress of the weekly production plan, making necessary adjustments. They will also ensure that operating systems (RTA, DCS) and maintenance administrative requirements are managed properly, and that QA requirements are met at all levels. The position includes providing weekly trend analysis and feedback on KPI performance, monitoring the oil analysis program, and reviewing PMI Audit results with the Training and QA team to implement improvements. Additionally, the supervisor will manage staff, administer corrective actions according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, communicate with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) regarding parts issues, and work closely with the Parts Manager to maintain efficient parts inventory levels. The role also involves monitoring the electronic vehicle inspection process (Zonar) and presenting financial and performance presentations to upper management and the client.
