About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. RWB is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches, transmissions, springs and other engine and driveline- related performance components. Responsible for all equipment maintenance including preventative maintenance and repair. Inspect and maintain physical plant, grounds, and related equipment. Coordinate with team and outside contractors to perform activities, repairs, preventive maintenance on equipment, and building and grounds appearance. Purchase and manage all related maintenance supplies and repair parts for all equipment in facility. All equipment and the facility are to be maintained in excellent condition. Receive and install new equipment. Oversee Maintenance personnel; assign responsibilities and tasks. Participate in additional projects as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Train, manage and schedule maintenance personnel
  • Manage budged resources for maintenance department
  • Keep all equipment operational
  • Perform, plan or coordinate maintenance activities including preventative maintenance for all equipment, the grounds and facility
  • Install new machines/equipment
  • Develop maintenance procedures and schedules. Train maintenance and operations teams on procedures.
  • Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Manage lock out/tag out
  • Utilize FMX to manage requests from the organization
  • Establish and keep records for equipment repair and maintenance. Identify trends overtime. Machine lifecycle management.
  • Organize and maintain a maintenance area with adequate spare parts, preventive maintenance materials, supplies and tools
  • Determine what items should be in stock to minimize downtime while also minimizing inventory costs
  • Keep expenditures within budget. Find opportunities to decrease or control expenses
  • Long-term planning/ space management to ensure safety, maximum efficiency, and process flow
  • Other duties as assigned
