The ideal candidate will lead, manage, and hold their team accountable, own all aspects of the property's condition (interiors, exteriors, grounds), ensure timely and economical completion of work orders and turns, communicate effectively with customers and team members, and manage inventory and equipment. Success in this role is tied to clear processes in Lead Generation, Lead Conversion, and Customer Fulfillment. The company operates on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), ensuring leaders provide clear directions, necessary tools, delegate appropriately, understand roles, set clear expectations, communicate well, conduct effective meetings, and meet one-on-one regularly with team members, while also rewarding performance.
