Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
• Strong HVAC skills and EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
• Proficiency in general maintenance: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC
• On-call availability and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Pool experience and CPO certification
