We’re seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor with a positive, “can-do” attitude to support multiple apartment communities. This multi-site role requires commuting between properties, so flexibility and reliability are a must. Requirements

• 5 years of apartment maintenance experience required
• 5 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience required
• HVAC certification required
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• On-call availability is required (including weekends/holidays as needed)

Nice To Haves

• CPO certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and apartment turns
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal
• Perform general plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repairs
• Train, supervise, and motivate maintenance team members
• Manage preventative maintenance and control costs
• Ensure safety standards and Fair Housing compliance
