ETRM System Analyst (Allegro)
About The Position
This role serves as a primary analyst for Allegro, specifically supporting US Power Trading. The position involves daily application support, including incident triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Key responsibilities include system configuration, enhancements, performance tuning, and monitoring. The analyst will also handle small development tasks and fixes using C# and MSSQL, and will be responsible for documentation, knowledge sharing, and coordination with global teams. The ideal candidate will have strong US Power market expertise to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the Allegro ETRM system.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of C# and .NET
- Allegro/ETRM application experience (config, performance, troubleshooting)
- US Power market knowledge
- SQL Server skills: stored procedures, triggers, queries
- Basic Windows Server administration
- Critical thinking, analytical capability, and sound judgment
